About Event

How are you resting?

How energised do you feel during your work days?
Did you know that to rest is much more than only sleeping?

Join us in a session to explore the 7 types of rest, with a focus on creative rest!

After an introduction about the 7 types of rest, I will offer you a few practices focused on nurturing your creative energy. This will be a highly practical workshop where you will also have the chance to exchange experiences and thoughts with other participants in small groups.

If you can, have prepared some paper and colourful pencils or pens.

At the end of this session, you will have more clarity about how you are nurturing your creative energy and leave with practical intentions to improve the way you rest.

No pre-work needed, just willingness to pause and nurture yourself.

*Please note: This session will be practical and will include moments to connect with other participants, which are optional. If you want to make the most out of this workshop, we encourage you to find a quiet space to connect from.

Hope to see you there!
