How energised do you feel during your work days?
Did you know that to rest is much more than only sleeping?
Join us in a session to explore the 7 types of rest.
After an introduction about the 7 types of rest, I will offer you a grounding practice to nurture your physical, mental, and creative energy, followed by a reflection exercise to help you identify the kind of rest that you need. You will also have the chance to exchange experiences and thoughts with other participants in small groups.
At the end of this session, you will have more clarity about how you are nurturing your energy and leave with practical intentions to improve the way you rest.
No pre-work needed, just willingness to pause and nurture yourself.
*Please note: This session will be practical and will include moments to connect with other participants, which are optional. If you want to make the most our of this workshop, we encourage you to find a quiet space to connect from.

After 15 years working as a scientist, Ana currently works as a career and mindset coach and yoga teacher. She focuses on supporting people connect deeply with themselves to create a life aligned with their desires.
