HackTheSpace is an exciting 24-Hour event that takes place in Bhilai, India. It is a time-limited event hat encourages participants to brainstorm, develop, and present their ideas to a panel of experienced judges. This event is designs to foster creativity, collaboration and innovation among participants. It offers an excellent opportunity for participants to showcase their skills, network with peers, and potentially win prizes and recognition for their work.
🤓 Hack The Space Evangelist
Hackathon evangelist is a promoter and facilitator of hackathons, working to inspire and engage participants, support event logistics, and cultivate a community around these events. They are passionate about technology, innovation, and community building.
Responsibilities:
Promotion and Outreach:
Community Engagement: Actively engage with the tech community through social media, meetups, and other channels to promote upcoming hackathons.
Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and participation in hackathons, including content creation, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Resource Allocation: Ensure that all necessary resources (e.g., Wi-Fi, power supplies, catering) are available and well-managed during the event.
Schedule Planning: Develop a detailed schedule for the hackathon, including keynote speeches, workshops, coding sessions, and judging periods.
Participant Support:
Onboarding: Assist participants with registration, provide them with event information, and help them settle in on the event day.
Mentorship Coordination: Organize and manage mentors who can provide guidance and support to participants during the hackathon.
Community Building:
Post-Event Engagement: Maintain engagement with participants after the hackathon through follow-up events, feedback surveys, and continuous communication.
Content Sharing: Share success stories, project outcomes, and highlights from the hackathon to inspire and motivate the community.
Feedback and Improvement:
