At Venture Cafe Gathering #10 we are hosting a panel discussion to discuss:
Opportunities & Challenges for Asian & Berlin Entrepreneurs is a community conversation about what it’s really like to build a business between Berlin and Asia. Whether you're navigating local bureaucracy, adjusting to cultural expectations, or simply trying to find the right customers, growing a business across borders comes with a mix of excitement and hurdles. This event brings together founders and experts who’ve been through it—sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what they wish they knew earlier.
You’ll hear from a founder running a business in Berlin for their community, a local expert helping companies from abroad get started here, someone from the German startup support system, and a German team building their business in Asia. Expect honest insights, practical tips, and space to connect with others who understand the ups and downs of the international founder journey.
What to except:
We are looking bring diverse experience and perspective into this panel consisting of:
🌏 Asian Entrepreneur in Berlin: understanding how easy/difficult is it for them, the challenges they faced doing business in Germany vs how is/difficult it is for them in their native place / Asia.
🇩🇪 German Entrepreneur doing business in Asia or Asian community: Share their challenges; from Bureaucratic to cultural, etc.
🤝 Experts from Berlin who supports German companies to expand in Asia
💡Enabler/Expert within German business ecosystem helping Asian companies to move to Berlin: Understanding the Berlin support eco-system for Asian entrepreneurs, opportunities, challenges, grants and tips.

We support UX community in Berlin/Germany by connecting them with emphatic mentors, job coaches and professionals working currently or in the past worked for companies in Berlin and contributed to the hiring process, by also connecting you with current hiring managers so you can get the opportunity to seek guidance and feedback based on the challenges that you are personally facing. We spoke with job seekers and found out that many are lacking transparent feedback on their profile, job applications, some may need guidance to understand their superpower and so they can stand out from other 100s of applicants or some might feel there are too few job opportunities in the market that they are looking for, then what is the strategy to find or even create roles for you?
