​About this Event:

​HiredX is a quarterly speednetworking event where tech candidates with 2+ years of experience can meet with tech recruiters IRL.

​This time, we're partnering with Vancouver Startup Week to bring you the biggest HiredX yet.

​​In our last event, we were joined by +120 tech candidates with an avg. of 6.5 years of experience, as well as +25 recruiters from companies like Robert Half, Global Relay, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and more!

• ​Open Networking - 45 min

• ​Speed Networking - 90 min

• ​Live Candidate Interviews / Recruiter Spotlight - 45 min

• ​Total - 180 min (3 hrs)

​What is Open Networking?

• ​No structure, just meet whoever you want

• ​HR / recruiters = red name tags

​What are Live Candidate Interviews?

• ​3 recruiters (blindfolded) and 6 job candidates

• ​45 minutes of skill-based and behavioral questions

• ​In the end, recruiters will offer a 1st round interview to 1 (or more) candidate
