Girls Talk Lagos Launch: Network & Thrive
We're excited to announce the official launch of Girls Talk Lagos Chapter which promises to be an empowering and enriching experience for women in the City.
This event is the first of many designed to foster meaningful connections, inspire career growth, build capacity and cultivate a powerful support network for ambitious women in Lagos.
Girls Talk is an organisation headquartered in the UK that connects 60,000 women across 37 countries to global businesses through events, programmes and digital content.
Girls Talk delivers the largest global event (Black Girls Tech Summit) that connects Black women in tech to companies in London, Berlin, Lagos and Accra to date hosting over 10,000 online and in person.
Girls Talk have worked with companies such as Apple, Amazon, Beats by Dre, Meta, HSBC UK, Goldman Sachs, Snap Inc, Virgin Media O2, Zalando, BT and Vodafone + many more to connect them with diverse talent across all levels within their businesses.
The team have recently launched The Hill App which is currently the largest FREE global platform that connects businesses with female talent in technology and finance. Our aim is to connect 1 million women from 140 countries to jobs and opportunities.
Our Lagos community will be treated to empowering conversations and networking with our phenomenal speakers whilst jamming to the latest tunes and sipping on tasty drinks and food!
We want to give our Lagos community the tools and brave space to connect with like-minded individuals and create a supportive community that will help women flourish in their careers through genuine relationships.
We will have a lightning panel talk and a keynote on career growth, its challenges, and support systems.
