Our speaker, Janice Canon, is a Senior Innovation & Growth Specialist, from Innovate UK. Janice is an expert on business growth, innovation, and internationalisation. She is currently a Senior Innovation and Growth Specialist at Innovate UK Business Growth where among others she helps London-based innovative businesses to find trusted partners, access funding and finance, move into new markets and establish global connections. Prior to that, she worked at London and Partners. As part of this, she worked on the Mayor of London’s International Business Programme and supported scale-ups with the development of their growth plans and international strategies. She has also worked at the International Chamber of Commerce.

Valeen Oseh-Ovarah is the founder of F3, a CIC community that supports female founders across the UK. Having personally faced the challenges of finding community and securing funding as a new immigrant entrepreneur, Valeen has dedicated herself to helping other women access the resources and support they need to thrive.
