What to expect:
- Reflecting on failures and learnings

- Listing gratitude and a confidence boost!
- A lovely challenge in the end (my favourite part)
- A safe and comfortable space to pause and reflect on 2024
How to best prepare:
- Put phones and notifications on silent, if possible
- Have something to write with and write on nearby
- Prepare yourself a warm drink or a snack, why not?
- Prepare your environments: stay warm, dim lights, light a candle...
The session will be 1 hour. However, if you prefer to stay longer and chat, I will leave the call open longer.
It would be great if you could join on time, but feel free to join us (or leave us) as you please - no pressure!
