ICAN is a one-of-a-kind event that blends creativity, mindfulness, & connection - to help adults reconnect with their innermost, vibrant, joyful selves.
Think of it like a mini summer-camp for grown-ups - a place to express, explore, and reconnect to your inner child. (awwww) 👧🏻

About your Facilitator:
Nasimeh B.E. is an artist, facilitator, and coach with a decade of experience blending mindfulness, mental health, and creativity. Her work has been featured in venues as varied as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Buzzfeed, and The Rumpus. A trained yoga teacher, improviser, and coach, Nasimeh brings her deep knowledge of mindfulness and play to create transformative, joyful experiences. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology at Columbia. You are welcome to find out more about her across social media: @NasimehBE
