Active Breathwork (Wim Hof)

​I’m excited to invite you to a FREE Wim Hof Method Breathwork session as part of my Breathwork Teacher Training certification. This guided session will help you connect with your breath, boost your energy, and deepen your mind-body connection.

​• Important: Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before the session.

​• Note: This session is not suitable for individuals who are:

​• Pregnant

​• Experiencing severe cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure

​• Diagnosed with epilepsy

​• Currently unwell or recovering from illness

​Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this is a great opportunity to explore the power of your breath in a supportive setting.
