In order to develop a working digital strategy you must understand the challenges that your trying to solve. This workshops takes you through the process and helps you highlight the organisational, people, and systems challenges to include.

How you would use one in your organisation
What steps you will need to take, and have made a start with them
For this session you will be using Trello - if you don't already have an account it may be worth signing up for one in advance. You will also need some confidence in joining online meetings.
