Park City Marketing Club: Introduction to the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS)

​EOS is a simple, proven business operating system that can help your entrepreneurial organization clarify, simplify, and achieve its vision. In this session, you will hear a short description of EOS and its process, and Gord will share a couple of tools used during the process.

​About Gordon Boyce:

​Gord Boyce is a seasoned tech executive who has held several CEO and CRO positions within tech startups that have had successful exits, as well as more that haven’t. He moved to Park City 18 months ago and is a Professional EOS Implementer. While relatively new to Kiln and the Park City Marketing Club, he is excited to share how he helps entrepreneurial companies “get a grip on their business” through the implementation of the EOS process.
