This is a safe and accessible space to explore your relationship with money.
Facilitated by Jaskiran Mangat, this session offers a sanctuary for discussing all things money and its impact on our life, love, work, wellbeing and more.
What to expect: We'll engage in a little group therapy, via a guided somatic practice to regulate our nervous systems and then open the circle to share, listen and reflect.
What to prepare: You don't need to prepare anything, just bring yourself and anything you need to help yourself feel comfortable and safe.
Reminder: This is an emotional safe zone. We ask that you leave judgement outside the virtual room and respect each other during the session.
