
System as I Would Like It to Be! with Anna Aslanova
Welcome to our monthly global Coaching Circle session!
As always, we'll start the session with a mindful check-in facilitated by Francesco before we warmly welcome our new Coaches with Impact members.
After that, Anna takes the lead and starts the main part of the session with a short opening meditation, breath work, or somatic exercise to help us ground in the present moment before Francesco shares any updates about our community with us.
And then... our learning experience!
This month, we will be introduced to the "System as I Would Like It to Be" tool and which Anna will guide us through.
After a brief introduction, we'll engage in a practical exercise to learn the tool's purpose and how to use it. Then, we'll try it out ourselves.
Finishing up Anna'a part of the session, we'll have time for feedback, share insights, and ask any questions that might have come up.
We'll close our global meeting with a quick check-out, smiles, and warm goodbyes.
