Overview

Whether you suffer from illness, physical pain, emotional turmoil, want clarity on your life path, or want to deepen your connection to your spiritual guidance and receive messages to help you on your way, this event is for you.

During the workshop, you will learn and utilize powerful tools derived from Quantum-Healing Hypnosis (QHHT®) and pranayama (ancient yoga breathing) to dive deep into your subconscious mind.

From there, the techniques we share in this workshop are designed to help you:

All from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

You will walk away from this workshop feeling both physically grounded and spiritually expanded from connecting with your consciousness along with receiving practical yoga and meditation techniques to help you anchor the insights you received.

Meet Your Guides

This transformative session will be hosted by Ethan Hill and Jen Viviant, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of subconscious and spiritual exploration.

Jen Viviant

Jen (jenviviant.com) has been studying metaphysics and developing spiritual gifts since 2003, while pursuing her artistic passions as a musician. When inner guidance said it was time to do healing work, she listened and trained in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. At this point, she has had the honor of facilitating over 100 sessions of QHHT® hypnosis to a wide variety of individuals from all over the world.

Her travels have taken her to many of the world's Sacred Sites. She augments her study and practice by blending the knowledge and theories of Joe Dispenza, astrology, reiki, yoga, traditional Chinese medicine, Eckhart Tolle, sound healing, and meditation.

Ethan Hill

Ethan (IG: @yogawithethan) is a writer, artist, entrepreneur and international yoga teacher helping Seekers adjust to the New Earth.

After leaving his corporate job in 2019, Ethan has dedicated over 12,000 hours to learning and teaching the ancient sciences of yoga, breathwork, meditation and nutrition to people and corporations around the globe.

He is currently backpacking the world while sharing the mystic teachings of Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism on YouTube through a unique combination of engineering and spirituality.

5:15PM - 6:15PM (EST)

Ethan Hill teaches you how to control your breath for total body relaxation.

6:15PM - 6:30PM (EST)

Break time! Drink some water, and eat a little fruit or honey.

6:30PM - 7:30PM (EST)

Jen Viviant guides you in a hypnotic regression for connecting with your "High Self" and receiving intuitive guidance to present challenges.

7:30PM - 8:00PM (EST) - [Optional]

About QHHT® and Regression

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a form of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon designed to help people understand and work through the possible root origins of trauma in this life as well as in past lives.

In the Regression, you will receive 3 mini-sessions that will give you an idea of how hypnosis is used to connect to your intuitive guidance. Everyone can do this. It is as easy as falling asleep, literally!

It is also an opportunity to more fully connect with higher aspects of yourself, or your soul, that can allow for profound and transformative healing.

About Prānāyāma

Prāna = Breath or Life-force
Yama = Control or Restraint

Prānāyāma, therefore, refers to any exercise that works to control your breath, specifically for the purposes of clearing physical and emotional obstacles in your body.

Regular and sustained practice of prānāyāma can relax, supercharge or regulate your whole energy system, depending on what you're seeking.
