Phoebe is targeting the underserved food-allergies and hypersensitivities market worth £22 Billion and has secured 80% (£667K) of the funding required to launch the world’s first food, nutrition and allergy coach to make it easy for families to maintain a healthy and sustainable diet despite dietary restrictions.
With an impressive track record in responsible AI innovation, R&D funded by Innovate UK, the company recently won the prestigious EIT Food grant for a 1 million euro (£834K) project to commercialise the innovation. The team brings essential partners with deep expertise in their domains such Allergy UK in food allergies, Aarhus University in consumer behaviour and University of Glasgow in nutrition. The company is targeting a £200K fundraise to match fund the award which is offering high leverage to investors as it unlocks a total of £834 funding and is offering SEIS (advance assurance granted). They have a projected annual revenue of £43 million by 2029 and a scalable multi-channel revenue model including D2C subscriptions and B2B SaaS.
Phoebe is led by a passionate team of experts that covers every aspect of the business and has a proven track record in commercial and product development. They are building a portfolio of IP and company owns 100% of code (copyright) and trademarks developed to date aiming to file Patents and/or Trade Secrets by 2026.
The founders’ vision is to capitalise on the growing demand for healthy and sustainable food by creating the 'Spotify' of healthy food—a platform where everyone has access to a personal dietitian, food planner, and smart shopping assistant.
