​About Chef Vicky
Travelling to the most exotic places, working with 37 nationalities and cooking for Queen Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela and Rod Stewart, is what made award-winning Chef Vicky Ratnani open his mind and think out of the box. Currently an independent consultant, he has gained popularity over the years with shows like Vickypedia, Gourmet Central, Vicky Goes Veg, amongst others. His cookbook Vicky Goes Veg has won the Gourmand Award for 'Best Vegetarian Cook Book'; and his restaurants ‘The Korner House’ and 'Aurus' won the ‘Best European Restaurant’ at the Times Food Awards.
