🧠 Guided Reflection
We’ll take 10 minutes to check in — physically, mentally, hormonally. Ruby will guide you through questions to help you make sense of what’s shifted lately and what your body might be asking for next.
💬 Ask Me Anything
You’ll have a chance to submit questions in advance or ask live — on anything from period symptoms to protocols, nutrition, supplements, or stress. Nothing is too small.
