​About Butterlamp Bread & Beverage:

​Butterlamp Bread & Beverage is a wine bar and bread house located in East Nashville. Owned by husband and wife duo and East Nashville locals, Benjamin and Katie Rose Tyson, the intimate space opened in August 2024. Part wine bar, Butterlamp offers a vast and diverse range of by the glass options, with snacks and shareable plates inspired by their travels and upbringing. Part bread house, Butterlamp sells sourdough loaves and specialty breads in select, limited quantities. The menu rotates both seasonally and at their whim, in an effort to bring good food and good wines to those that visit the space. Butterlamp Bread & Beverage takes its moniker from the couple’s honeymoon spent in Bhutan. Throughout the trip, they had the opportunity to light a Butterlamp for various auspicious occasions: good health and good fortune. When searching for a name, it fit seamlessly, clinking glasses to cheers to life’s moments.
