You work hard. You have a powerful story.
But if no one hears it, opportunities pass you by.

This mastermind is designed to change that.

The Goal:

To help you increase your online presence, build trust, and attract aligned opportunities—whether that’s clients, collaborators, or career moves.

What to Expect:
It’s a high-impact, interactive online branding experience where you'll:

✅ Learn how to speak about your business, work, or expertise with clarity and confidence
✅ Discover how to shine on social media and in real life—without sounding “salesy”
✅ Understand the branding mistakes that keep talented people invisible
✅ See how storytelling builds trust—and trust drives growth
✅ Get real-time insights and practical tools you can apply immediately
✅ Receive exclusive tips to help you prepare for my in-person branding workshop (optional)

Who Should Join:

This mastermind is for immigrants and diverse professionals who are ready to lead, grow, and get noticed. You’ll be in the room with:

  • Immigrant entrepreneurs launching or scaling their businesses

  • Startup founders preparing to pitch, grow, or raise funds

  • Leaders in tech who want to stand out beyond their job title

  • Consultants, coaches, and creatives ready to build influence

  • Anyone who's doing the work, but still not gaining the visibility or credibility they deserve

Why Personal Branding & Social Media Presence Matter:

In today’s digital-first world, your story is your strategy.
People don’t just buy your product or service—they buy into you.

Whether you’re raising funds, landing clients, or aiming for that next-level role, your online presence is your first impression. Your personal brand shapes how others see you, trust you, and choose you.

I’ve seen this firsthand in my journey—from being unseen to being invited to global stages, featured in Forbes, and partnering with major brands. I got a special invitation to join Forbes Nonprofit Council, I could've only dream about it a few years ago.

My personal brand became my most valuable asset—and now I teach others to do the same.

Seats are limited to keep it intimate, interactive, and valuable.

Let’s stop waiting to be discovered—and start showing up like the leader you already are.

The session to be hosted by:

AYTAKIN (IKA) ALIYEVA: Community Builder featured in Forbes and Business Insider and is the Founder of the Femigrants Foundation, LinkedIn Influencer, Podcast Host of the "Verso Talk with Aytakin", Forbes Nonprofit Council.

Femigrants Annual Forum at Microsoft in Silicon Valley, bringing together 300+ global immigrants, February 2024

One of the many news media outlets that featured my story. Scan the QR code or check the URL to read the story.

I know firsthand what it feels like to be invisible. When I first started Femigrants in 2017, it was just 10 curious souls meeting in a café. Two years later, we’d grown into a thriving community of over 5,000 immigrant women, and our latest annual forum drew a crowd of 300+ guests with standing ovations. That’s the power of influence—when your story is seen, heard, and shared.

My Journey:
As an immigrant, I faced the same challenges many of you know too well: starting from scratch, breaking into new circles, and being overlooked despite hard work. I realized that visibility on social media could be a game-changer, and I made it my mission to master it.

  • LinkedIn: I grew my LinkedIn followers from 5K to 30K by consistently sharing powerful immigrant success stories—some of which reached 100 K+ impressions. These stories didn’t just resonate—they went viral and opened doors I never imagined.

  • Instagram: I grew from 800 to over 26K Instagram followers, reaching 12 million views in just 90 days through intentional content and engagement.YouTube: In less than two months, I grew my YouTube channel to 5,000+ subscribers, consistently reaching 3,000–7,000 views per video by sharing authentic interviews and stories that connect.

  • Facebook Page: I grew the Femigrants Facebook page from 0 to 10,000 followers in less than a year by consistently sharing inspiring stories, engaging content, and creating a supportive community space for immigrant women.

  • Training & Impact: Early in my career, I was trusted to train deputies and government officials in my home country on "How to use the internet", "Blogging", "Social Media Tools", etc, as tools for influence and communication. Later, while working at Instagram, I delivered free training to (SMB) small and medium business owners, helping entrepreneurs and business leaders unlock the potential of social media for growth. Giving back and teaching others has always been a core part of my journey.

  • Speaking & Recognition: My influence brought me invitations to speak at top industry events, personal invitations to join the Forbes Nonprofit Council, and more partnership requests than I can count. I’ve received global awards in London and been featured on Forbes, Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, and other leading news media—all thanks to the credibility and relationships built on social media.

  • Background: I hold a degree in Social Media from Middle Tennessee State University, and I’ve worked at Instagram, giving me unique insider knowledge of platform policies and best practices.

See some data examples below:

The data of the story that I shared went viral on LinkedIn. More than 100k impressions.

The data from my Instagram for the last 30 days. More than 4M views. And I increased my Instagram from 800 to 26k+ followers in less than 90 days!

The data of the views for the last 90 days, more than 12M views

These data are proof that influence can be built from the ground up, even if you’re starting with no network, no followers, and no spotlight.

When I gave a speech at the Global Awards Ceremony in London, Sarah Fergusson, The Duchess of York, came up to the stage to show me her personal support. London, 2024

My approach isn’t theory. It’s real, it’s hands-on, and it’s the exact roadmap I used to build my own brand and business.

Ready to go from invisible to influential?

I’ll show you how—step by step, with the same strategies I use every day.
