​This time, bring some of your latest design work and have it ready to share!

​We'll get out of our comfort zones, and create an inclusive format for talking about what we're working on, if we'd like to receive feedback from our peers, and if so - how, and what kind of feedback is welcome.

• ​Note: depending on number of participants, our individual screen share times will be limited.

• ​Share a portion of your project according to our time limit.

• ​I'd say plan for a max of 20-30 minutes of sharing time - including the time to give an overview and context for your design, and hear comments from peers.

​Format

• ​We'll schedule 1-2 participants for this hour-long meetup to show off what they've been working on

• ​They will provide an overview and some context around the work

• ​They will walk through their designs and then identify the type of feedback they would welcome

• ​A round table of the audience will provide feedback, within the guidelines mentioned by the sharing individual

​Help us uphold a respectful and inclusive space for all of our members to share their work! Design, regardless of what others say, can be deeply personal!

​We'll continue to adapt our guidelines for fostering and growing this space for everyone to feel welcome and empowered to share their design work.
