About Event
Amid rising civic polarization, some in civil society hesitate to solicit feedback, fearing opposing views or challenges to organizational values. Yet, high-quality listening can bridge divides.
Presented by Feedback Labs and Root Change, this session will explore global case studies showing how effective community listening can support depolarization, engage attendees in small groups to examine how polarization impacts their work, and explore how listening practices can build belonging, connection, and trust among diverse perspectives.
Speakers:
Evan Bloom
Britt Lake
Aaron Leonard
