About Event
Join us for a 3K Recovery Run at Hudson Yards. This run focuses on muscle recovery, reducing soreness, and preventing stiffness while promoting blood flow. It’s also a great way to give your mind a break from intense training days—helping you reset, recharge, and feel refreshed. We will meet in the Plaza for a pre-run warm up before we hit the route! We will end the run in front of our Alo Hudson Yards Sanctuary.
Led by Alo Moves instructor and Alo Run Coach, Ceren Kalyon.
Please meet on the Public Square & Gardens in front of the Big Screen for a warm-up prior to the run!
