Maninder Kaur - Consultant, Agendi

Maninder is a dedicated ESG professional helping organizations develop and implement impactful sustainable practices as a consultant in Agendi's San Francisco office. She specializes in areas critical to navigating today's ESG landscape, including greenhouse gas accounting, climate-related risk & opportunity analysis, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting and disclosures. Throughout her time at Agendi, she has supported a diverse range of organizations in achieving their sustainability goals. As a panelist, Maninder brings a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to discussions on sustainability challenges and opportunities.

Julia Waterhous - Associate-ESG & Impact, K&E

Julia is a member of the Firm’s ESG & Impact Practice Group, which advises some of the world’s most sophisticated and dynamic private equity firms, corporations, and project sponsors and lenders on complex and evolving legal issues relating to ESG and climate-related regulatory requirements, investor demands, strategic opportunities, and voluntary reporting frameworks and coalitions. Julia’s practice includes ESG risk assessment, management, and mitigation with a focus on developing and evolving legal, regulatory, and market risks. Julia’s practice also includes policy and procedure development, due diligence, advising, and controversy mitigation, with a particular focus on business and human rights.

Gopal Erinjippurath – Head of Product, Sust Global

Gopal Erinjippurath serves as the founder, CTO and Head of Product at Sust Global, where his team is building generative AI-powered data and analytics for planetary scale climate resilience. Most recently, he led Analytics and Insights at Planet Labs (NYSE:PL), an integrated aerospace and data analytics company. He has been a speaker at global industry conferences like Google Cloud Next and MLConf and leading AI conferences such as CVPR (2018), ICML (2019), NeurIPS (2020, 2022) and ICLR (2023). Gopal holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and completed the Ignite Program, connecting technologists with new commercial ventures, at the Stanford GSB.
