Shine On Summit 2025
Join Shine & Rise for an inspiring evening of connection and idea sharing at our Second Annual Shine On Summit. The mission of the Shine On Summit is to advance the ideas and perspectives of women and other underrepresented folks in tech, guided by our belief in the power of supporting and shining on each other as the catalyst of our collective growth.
The Shine On Summit is an opportunity to illuminate one another, while we honor and embrace the fullness of our humanity. Throughout the summit, you’ll engage in lightning breakout talks and hear remarks from influential speakers.
Each year, our summit tackles a big question that acts as a thread weaving together each talk. Our big question this year is:
How do we design a meaningful future where we shine as individuals and rise together?
The event will consist of breakouts and whole group speakers, whose topics will fall into the following tracks. Speakers can sign up here.

The summit is not only a unique experience to be a part of but it is also an opportunity to support Shine & Rise. We have been a volunteer-led organization for the last 5 years, and your participation in the Shine On Summit helps to support our organization throughout the year!
If you would like to attend the event and you can’t manage the registration cost right now, for whatever reason, just email us at hello@shinerise.org. We are happy to provide scholarships to attend the event while tickets are still available, no questions asked.
