Meet Pixie Cigar, Director of Global Alumni Collective, Teach for All
Nothing makes me happier than seeing people feel truly connected, to each other, to ideas, and to the possibilities ahead of them. That’s why I’ve spent over a decade building communities and engineering systems that bring people together with purpose, scale with integrity, and create real impact.
My journey has taken me across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and now the UK, from scaling seller growth at Alibaba Group to leading global alumni strategy at Teach For All, and coaching dozens of community builders worldwide.
My goal is simple: to create spaces where people feel seen, build meaningful connections, and leave with ideas and relationships that last.
