Hendrik Dik is the Vertical Lead for Sustainable Industry and Climate at MassChallenge Switzerland, where he finds and accelerates high-potential startups with solutions to mitigate climate change or help industrial partners develop sustainable business models. A self-described "people-ventured technologist" with a passion for sustainability, Hendrik brings years of experience across multiple industries to help climate startups succeed. As a serial entrepreneur and impact investor himself, he combines deep knowledge of innovation, environmental science, technology commercialization, and corporate collaboration with formal education including an MBA and a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology, and Economics.
