​This invite is for those interested in being our mentees, for women who have less than 6 years of experience in their industry and/or careers. Open to college-level age and above. Please know the intention of our time is to make new networking connections together, but does not guarantee a long-term mentorship.

​This event is hosted by the local Chief chapter; all women who are executives in their industry and will serve as the mentors for the evening.

​Join us for Women Mentorship Exchange, an evening of connection, mentorship, and meaningful conversations with Chief executive women leaders in San Diego.

​This dynamic event is designed to foster new connections through rotating discussion pods, where mentors and mentees will engage in insightful group conversations on leadership, career growth, and navigating the workplace.

​Whether you're looking for guidance, inspiration, or networking, this is a space to learn, share, and uplift one another. Come ready to build a stronger community of women supporting women.
