About NDConnect
ND Connect is a cooperative startup building a mentorship and peer support platform for neurodivergent people. In addition to the lived experiences their team brings (ADHD, autism, mental-health disabilities, and more), they have more than twenty years of combined experience working in the accessibility space. Eliana and David have trained over 700 leaders at institutions like IBM, Interac, and the University of Toronto on how to be more neuroinclusive. Jacob completed their master's in Technology Innovation at the University of Washington and is leading design and front-end development, while Peter is a back-end and operations wiz with a passion for digital media. Ultimately, they're building this because they realized how hard it was to find mentors that shared lived experiences, and how much they could use it!" for the career experience summary.
