System Prompts are often the ingredient that turn a standard LLM into a tailored application. However malicious requests to a LLM allow not only to access the system prompt, but via this get detailed insights into the architecture of LLM-based applications and even will be able to get trigger Tools of the application with unwanted inputs. Is this purely theoretical? Not at all: As the guiding example in my talk I will hack into the system prompt, architecture and tools of the most well-known AI-product in the world: ChatGPT.
