Join us for a lively breakfast roundtable at the beautiful HOLY Office, where we dive into skill-based frameworks and their impact on talent development.
The People & Org team at HOLY will present their strategy for transitioning from competency-based models to skill-based frameworks. They will explain the reasons behind this shift and discuss its impact on career development, performance evaluation, and workforce planning.
Following a brief presentation, we will open the floor for an engaging discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to share insights, challenge ideas, and explore alternative approaches. Our objective is to leave with new perspectives, practical takeaways, and strengthened connections within the HR community.

Why focus on skills now? Competencies provide a broad foundation, but skill matrices bring sharper clarity to role expectations and career paths.
Understanding skill assessment matrices: Defining role-specific skills, proficiency levels, and their role in performance reviews.
Implementation: Key considerations, HR’s role in defining and assessing skills, and integrating them into feedback and reviews.

A collaborative discussion where we exchange ideas, experiences, and challenges in implementing skill-based frameworks.
