​Kristin Chase is the Sr. Director of the Organizational Development (OD) department for Universal Destinations & Experiences located in Orlando, Florida. She has contributed to Universal since 2003 through consulting on and leading employee feedback surveys, performance and talent management, leadership, culture and EVP development, coaching, mentoring, selection/assessment tools, competency model development, employee research, facilitation, and team effectiveness. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida Master’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and more recently, ICF-ACC certified (following the iPEC Coach Training program) and Hogan Personality Assessments certified.
