Michelle Casazza is an executive and transformational life coach, and the founder of Matria. After 12 years on a corporate path, she sailed over 5,000 nautical miles while healing from burnout and a toxic work environment. She journeyed back to her purpose and now serves women navigating their own journeys, whether they be working within a corporate environment or pivoting to creating something new.
Michelle is passionate about creating the future of work for women.
Tamra Moroski is a revenue leader at the intersection of AI partnerships and mindful leadership. She’s passionate about inspiring intentional workplaces, expanding human potential, and helping people reconnect with purpose in an AI-driven world.
She currently serves as Director of Partnerships at an AI education, event, and media company, where she builds strategic collaborations that fuel innovation, thought leadership, and responsible AI adoption.
