About Event

Let’s face it: the way we’ve been doing workplace culture isn’t cutting it anymore. Join culture experts Angela Howard and Craig Forman as we challenge outdated leadership models and dive into what really makes organizations thrive today—people.

Angela and Craig bring real-world experience on creating workplaces that don’t just survive but thrive by focusing on human connection, fairness, and inclusion. We’ll talk about what it takes to build a culture where people want to stay, grow, and bring their best. And spoiler: it’s not about fancy perks or more meetings.

In this session, we’ll get real about:

- Breaking free from broken culture: How to stop relying on band-aid fixes and create real, lasting cultural change.

- Human-centered leadership: What does it look like to lead with empathy and trust, without losing your edge?

- Practical steps: No jargon, no fluff—just real, actionable strategies to make your workplace a better place to be.

Who should attend?

If you’re a people leader, HR pro, or changemaker who’s tired of hearing about the same old “culture fit” talk and ready to build a company people love to work for, this roundtable is for you.
