Monthly Reset

​The "Monthly Reset" is an opportunity to learn the language of your body and practice skills to help you connect with your body in a deeper way, using breath, movement, stillness and presence, to help decrease symptoms of anxiety, stress, overwhelm and release of trauma from the body.
