Who is Maddy O'Brien?
With a foundation in Business (HRM & Advanced Leadership) and Psychology, Maddy specialise in building communities and scaling customer success motions.
Her career has been dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations, from impacting millions of women at Sweat to cultivating collaboration for thousands of teams globally at Teamgage, where she led a community of over 8,000 leaders.
Currently, as Customer Success Lead for APAC at Dovetail, Maddy is scaling their customer success motion across the region. Beyond her professional roles, she founded Adelaide Startup Striders and the Stone & Chalk Book Club (Adelaide), contribute as Head of Strategy for Raise Our Voice Australia, and is a member of the Global Shapers Community, reflecting her commitment to cultivating connection and growth.
