โAlthough the general idea of cultural challenges ๐ญ is widely recognized, the specific details often remain vague or undefined. ๐ค In my own journey, it took years of reflection ๐ง , conversations ๐ฃ๏ธ, and personal growth ๐ฑ to recognize certain struggles as stemming from cultural differences ๐งฉ and not personal faults.
โIn celebration of tแบฟt Trung Thu ๐๐ฎ, we - NorCal OV leadership team - encourage members to explore deeper understanding of what cultural differences mean for themselves and others through roundtable discussions ๐๐ฌ. This event is a forum for members to exchange practical advice ๐๐ ๏ธ on how to navigate these challenges, and learn how to seek help from our OV community ๐ค.
