​About the Instructor: Alicia, completed her 200hr YTT through Balanced Rock, lucky to learn the practice and teachings of yoga in the magic of Yosemite National Park.  Her journey is rooted in the belief that yoga is a personal journey, accessible to everyone, and strives to create a welcoming space where students can connect with their bodies, and create community with each other.  She looks forward to meeting you on the mat!
