Integration Breathwork at the Nova Exhibit (in collaboration with Omnia)
About This Experience
The Nova Music Festival was intended to be a celebration of life, music, and freedom. What took place instead was a devastating human tragedy, one that sent shockwaves through hearts around the world.
The Nova Exhibit invites visitors into a powerful remembrance of that day: an immersive documentation of what unfolded, and the lives that were forever changed. It is graphic. It is emotional. And it is real.
This experience does not seek to tell a political story but rather to tell a human one.
But witnessing pain this raw can stir something deep. It can leave us overwhelmed, dysregulated, and unsure of what to do with what we’ve just felt. That’s why we’re closing this evening with a guided breathwork journey to help you return to your body, soften the charge, and integrate what you’ve experienced in a safe, grounded space.
In partnership with Omnia, this session is designed for emotional regulation, nervous system recalibration, and reconnection within yourself and with the human experience.
This is not about sides. This is about reverence for human life.

What to Expect
⚠️ Content Sensitivity: The exhibit contains real, uncensored footage and testimonies from the Nova Music Festival tragedy. While attendance at the exhibit is optional, it is recommended. Please use discretion and tend to your emotional boundaries.
🌬️ Breathwork for Integration: Led by Cody Dacquay, this 30-minute session offers a path back to presence through breath. You’ll be guided through somatic techniques to release tension, calm the mind, and settle the nervous system after witnessing such intensity.
🕊️ A Space for Humanity: This is a non-political space. It's a space for empathy, reverence, and collective grounding.
🤝 Optional Sharing & Connection: After breathwork, the space will remain open for gentle conversation, connection, or quiet integration. There is no obligation to speak, only an invitation to be with others who care.
