The invisible forces that get in the way and create a crushing sense of burden and overwhelm - they stop us from focusing on what’s important, and instead have us jumping from one thing to another, reacting instead of responding. It’s a brutal cycle.
If we can become aware of these invisible forces, we can start to shift how we engage in the world, in our primary relationships, in our work, and at home. We can train ourselves to avert burnout and live the life we truly want to live.
