Life in the Bay can be tough, emotionally, physically, and with regard to sleep. Learn the embodied practices that some of the most successful founders in the Bay and beyond use to wake up in the morning, stay centered in the face of fear, be more integrated, enhance creativity, and make it through their day with effortlessness.
