About Event

Join us three times a week for the powerful practice of Qi Gong. In these 15 min drop in sessions we will explore basic practices including vertical alignment, joint articulation and flow. The benefits of Qi Gong include:

  • Improve circulation

  • Strengthen the body

  • Reduce pain

  • Manage energy

  • Improve quality of life

All sessions will be recorded and be available to members throughout the month.
