Swing Trading involves:
Holding your trading position overnight or for several days, which is different from day trading, where positions are usually closed before the market closes.
So yes, if you are a very busy person, you can easily do this after you wake up but before you start your work day:
Put in a trade: Set It and Forget It (takes 15 minutes)
Start Your Work Day
After work: take care of your self/family
Before bed, check on your Trade. Let it keep growing or close the trade and take your profits. Your choice.
Go to bed, read a book, or do something that brings you joy
Then you can wake up and repeat your day.
