SQL is an essential programming language for data analysis, data science, and data engineering. If you work in data, you need to be able to use it. Even if you don't work in data, a little bit of SQL knowledge can benefit you!

In this session, Mark TIba shows you how to get started with SQL. You'll gain the skills to extract data from a database and perform computations using "SELECT" queries. Topics covered will include filtering rows and columns of data, performing calculations on numerical data, and working with groups of data. You'll gain the skills and confidence to start using SQL for simple data analyses.
