Womb Awakening with Martyna

​Deepen your connection with your womb and unlock your innate wisdom!

​Our womb is the origin of all creation, the root of the divine feminine, the source and the keeper of our power and deeply transformative and creative energies. 

​We believe that by allowing ourselves to connect with this sacred cave, we gain more clarity and become more attuned to ourselves and others. In this workshop, that blends wisdom and rituals, you will journey through different womb-awakening practices, diving deeper into self-inquiry, self-reflection, and body acceptance; learning to love, communicate, and flow with your body in healthier, more nurturing ways.

​In the 90 minutes session you’ll experience:

• ​Education around the 4 phases, inner seasons, and inner archetypes

• ​Womb-centered practices that can bring you closer to your womb space

• ​Meditation and journaling for enhancing your womb space connection

• ​An opportunity to connect with like-minded souls in a brave and encouraging space

​We thrive in togetherness, and our intention with this workshop is for you to leave the afternoon feeling rejuvenated and deeply connected to yourself and others. This is a holding container, where all parts of you are welcome.

​Martyna, aka Cycle Alchemist, is on a mission to help womb-bearers and menstruators transform cycle overwhelm into power, find a deep union with themselves, and co-create more conscious and cycle-aware communities. She coaches people through cyclical challenges and has been holding circles, workshops, and events about the menstrual cycle and the womb for the past four years.
