SF Climate Week Jobs Fair: Day 2

Opportunities to work in climate are growing!

This online climate jobs fair hosted by Climatebase is designed to help you meet climate organizations that are actively hiring right now.

​​We'll be featuring a number of organizations working across a variety of climate sectors and solutions.

Scroll down to view the agenda and participating companies.

Here's what you can expect: 

  1. ​​Each of the participating companies will give a quick deep-dive presentation describing what they do and the roles they're hiring for. 

  2. ​​We will then introduce you to these companies in breakout rooms where you can ask them in-depth questions.

  3. ​​Afterward, we'll share your Climatebase profile with the companies you're interested in.

​​​​10:10 AM — WeaveGrid

  • WeaveGrid builds software to make it cheaper and safer for utilities to serve electric vehicles, add renewable energy resources, and save customers money. Their mission is to drive rapid decarbonization in the global transport and power sectors by intelligently connecting electric vehicles to the grid.

Banyan is unleashing capital to accelerate the development of the next-generation of infrastructure projects that will provide essential services, like electricity, to all people across the globe and transform the world’s energy systems to sustainable forms of energy.

  • ​​KoBold Metals is pioneering Digital Exploration by applying statistical modeling, big data aggregation, and foundational ore-deposit science to materially improve the pace and efficacy of natural resources exploration. They are deploying our Machine Prospector tool to discover new ethical sources of Ni, Cu, Co, and Li critical for the electric vehicle revolution.

​​​11:40 AM - Closing remarks from Climatebase

​​​​IMPORTANT: Before the start of the event...

  1. ​​​Take 1 min to create (or update) your profile on climatebase.org so you can get discovered by the companies presenting.

  2. ​​​Save or apply to any of these companies' open roles listed on Climatebase, or create a job alert for the companies of interest to you if current open roles don't fit you. After each hiring event, we will send the featured employers a list of all job seekers who show their interest in the companies by performing the above actions on Climatebase.

  3. ​​​Use this form to submit questions ahead of the event for organizations of interest to you or for specific roles they have available. We will share these in advance, and organizations can choose to address them during their main presentations or breakout rooms.
