• ​During your spotlight:

  • ​2 min to present your challenge

  • ​1 min for group to ask clarifying questions

  • ​1 min for you to respond to questions

  • ​3 min to receive rapid solutions from everyone

  • ​1 min to lock in specific help commitments & write down their commitments

​15-Minute Action Rush:

• ​Everyone jumps into action on their commitments

• ​Receive help from those who committed to your challenge

• ​Transform challenges into solutions

​5-Minute Wrap-Up:

• ​Quick share of what got accomplished

• ​Capture any remaining commitments
