​Catherine Liu, Professor of Film and Media Studies and author of Virtue Hoarders, in conversation with Katherine Krueger, Contributing Editor of Current Affairs, will cover a range of gangster capitalist themes including white collar bosses vs gangster bosses, violent dramas of succession as revolt, tariffs as weapons and wearing all your wealth on your body. Gangsters are always already genderfluid. There is no way back to normal when the gangster takes over.
