​Michelle is the founder of clever carbon. She launched her career in Silicon Valley where she worked for some of the biggest names in tech including Salesforce. She is a SXSW, Bloomberg, COP28, and TEDx, speaker and is a United Nations content contributor. Michelle is also the founder of Women and Climate, a non-profit organization that inspires climate action by creating a joyful and safe space for more women to learn and talk about climate. Michelle founded the Carbon Newbie Summit to help individuals start their carbon and climate journey, and featured speakers from the NBA, Allbirds, Mastercard, Bloomberg, and more - coming to SF Climate Week in 2024!

​Sarabeth is a professional with over 12 years of experience in corporate sustainability strategy, international development, and ESG consulting. She is a recognized expert in Carbon Strategy and CDR, advising corporates along the carbon removal procurement process and furthers initiatives to address gaps in shaping a global ecosystem approach to carbon management within the VCM. Sarabeth frequently speaks on the topic of carbon removal and has been a prominent fixture at global events from COP28 to the World Economic Forum at Davos.
