Whiteboarding & user research

​This session will provide you with an introduction to a number of free whiteboarding tools to aid your working. We’ll run through some of the basic functionality and how you might use these with your team. We’ll also cover the basis of user research – why you need to do it, how to approach it, the types of research, making sense of the findings and evaluating the findings.
