Gifts of Ganesha: A New Years Day Celebration

​Begin the new year by celebrating and invoking Ganesha, the lord of auspicious beginnings. He is the Blesser of Pathways, the Opener of Doors, and the Bestower of Success.

​When we gather I'll share some of my favorite Ganesha stories and their deeper meanings. We'll sing kirtan and learn mantras to honor Ganesha, as well as set intentions and perform a simple 5 element ritual offering.

​All are welcome, and you don't need to have any prior experience with chanting or ritual to participate.

​This gatherings is offered by donation, no one will be turned away for lack of funds: suggested donation is $15-20 which you can pay day of by cash or venmo to @soniakaras
